A few of the things I’ve been thinking about recently…
The Myth of the “Maxxinista” “Don’t try to tell me that these J.Crew outlet pants “originally cost $89″ and are now “marked down to “$44.50″. Those pants were intentionally made to cost $44.50. And that’s fine. Really, it’s great because I didn’t want to spend $89. Just don’t try to pull the wool over my eyes and tell me they are worth double. Because the fabric, the sewing, and the craftsmanship is NOT the same as the $89 pair of pants”.
Rescue efforts under way after French apartment block blast. Thoughts and prayers to all of you.
What French Kids Eat for School Lunch. Guarantee you my kids aren’t eating all that. But of course, my kids think goat cheese is disgusting and would rather eat hot cheetohs. The French also smoke more and breastfeed less, so don’t beat yourself up about your kid’s school lunch. I don’t.
How to Handle Feeling Overworked and Overwhelmed. Do you feel like this? I do. ALL THE TIME.
Anti-Semitism in France. I’m no politician, but I am also not neutral. I’d encourage you to do your own research on what is happening in the world, and form your own opinions, based on facts. Where you will find actual facts, I have no idea.
100 Things I learned in FRANCE. This is a beautiful post. #95 guys. #95.
French Weddings vs. American Weddings It’s a fight to the DEATH! Who will win? Just kidding. It’s just an insightful blog post that will have you hoping you get invited to a French wedding once in your lifetime. I got married at the courthouse. Nowhere near fancy, but my marriage is off the chain y’all.
